A few more bits

 

I made these bit just befor christmas this is a card for my Daughters Birthday in a few days,

I had this paper from MCS download and i just printed the papers and insert and topper the used pink ribbon large gems and some iredesent mirror card i got from Crafters Compaion and i used a strip og gems for the inside.

 

This was a bit hard it was another download from MCS a Stationery box i will make another one and do step by step it takes 10 A4 sheets of prinable card wich i got from Crafters Compaion.

I add a few gems and a ribbon to finish of.

My Baby, I so did not know I was getting this as we are a bit tight on funds this year but hubbie saved and hid it in the loft for 2 monthes, lol and ill be posting loads of new cards.

 

 

MCS Florigraphy cds there great will be playing with these very soon.

A little some thing from me to you

This is an extra special card as its for my hubbie for our anevesery a week Sat (yes thats the 24th lol)

I used a digi stamp some free papers I got from a back issue, some cordermations card and I destressed the pic with Tim Holtz,

Lets hope he likes it.

A Christmas star

 

A christmas star, this was also made in class on monday its a star made from metal coat hangers and plastic bags.

You take a metal hanger and cut 3 lengths all same about 11cm you can do bigger if you wish,

Lay them on top of each other to make a star then tape together in middle, Then get your bags flaten and cut strips, you want about 24 @ 2cm wide then 6 @ 1.5cm wide and last 6 @ 1cm wide.

 

 

 

Starting with the 2cm piece of plastic,  you start to concertina the plastic over the point and contune to do this all around until all bits are used, when star is full of all sizes take pliers and bend over the ends to close. you can trim plastic to make a more star like shape add ribbon as a hanger and your done you can if you want put it in between grease proof paper and using a very hot iron melt the plastic to make a flat star.

 

 

 

I hope you all like this and have fun i loved doing this as i call mine a shabbie chic flower LOL

when done you can add spray glitter ect like Crafters Compainon sell.
