An order for some one thats leaving

 

 This is a little special my step niece lives in france and her BFF is of to the other side of the world for good and her dad has asked me to amke her a note book and bracelet for her to take with her to rember her BFF every time she sees her book. 

I used my FF cd from CC  I printed on printerbal card also from CC I then added some gems and loads of ribbon. The pic below is of it wrapped ready to go.

Black Pumpkin DT project

 

 As some of you know i was piced to DT for Black Pumpkin i chose this lovey digi 

of 3 hearts for a valentine prezzie for my hubbie. Its an A4 painting not the normal card i do,

I used water col paints to paint it and co ordernations for the fram i also used A4 water col paper and printed on it. the digi i used is Heartsy Valentine and can be bought here BlackPumpkin

A simple one.....

 

This is a simple one all i used was 1 set of of my grand calber dies i also used tim holtz Co ordertaions 

and a sheet of double sided perlised card and the ribbon has snow flakes on the other side so i turned it round and i also add a strip of sticky gems.

Another daily challenge

 

Well this was not an easy one it was to make a twinchie which is 2in by 2in 

and oriental not an easy noe to decorate i have a draw full of oriental stuff but very little this small,

so i cut a piece of 12x12 crad then added a smaller piece of of paper and had to cut a topper to fit added an old coin and the word joy.

A new project

 

Today i started a new course called Crafty Creations and our project this term with be to transform this eco bag into a bag we love the pic below is of 4 felt sq with die cut birds and cages from the tim holtz range of dies and the small hear is also a tim holtz, the large heart is a sisix die. we are to do a few difrent stitches in embrodery thread. i will post each week the progress i make then when i am done i will do a full paqge of all steps if anyone wishes to follow.

A challenge and a half

 

 Todays challenge was to stamp with only what you have in your kitchen

 So i used a palstic bag and cut top and bottom off slit the side and folded in to a

sq then  sandwiched it in a piece of  grease proof paper useing a hot iron ironed it fliped it then irond again till it was all melted toether left to cool then i add some Tim Holtz ink.

Then i got a heart shaped cookie cutter a plastic one as this had a wide lip on it inked it up and stamped 

2 hearts then i got a knofe and made the arrows, i used kitchen roll to col inside the heart.

I then used a candle holder for the corners and used the other end to write with.

Booties first time making them

 

 Over at Ditzy-Craftymess Shandy dose a daily challenge and today she thought we all ahd been getting it easy for the past few days, so she decided that our challenge would be to make a baby shoe.

So here is my first try at a little shoe i used 250gsm light green perlised card which i do not recomend you use as its to thick, i then took a bit of lace and a strip of double sided tape and gatherd lace on to DS tape to make it look like a sock, i had some ribbon flowers i stuck them down ith silcon gel and i used a flower brad as a button.

My second shoe is a  MCS ready to cut template its already pattend so you stick together a lot quicker and i only used stickles on the hert to decorate.

A Wallet for anything

This was so simple to make and all you need is A4 card i used 2 as i printed the inside tags as well so it all matched i used my printerble card from https://www.crafterscompanion.co.uk and my xmas prezzie MCS Florigraphy cds some organza ribbon and strips of gems to add bling.I would like to thank  Leah Hepburn for the idea and sit she got hers from.

I also used my grand calaber to cut out the tags i add the thank you in the program befor printing.

A new note book

I was looking for some ideas on you tube on how to use my grand calabe and came across this lady that used dies to cove a cheep note book,

so i thought i would give it a go.

 

 

 

I got a hard backed  note book from a pound shop cut a piece of ribbon for the spine this will differ depending on the note book you use i then took my Hunkydory The dressing room collection and cut a A4 in half then trimed to show the ribbon but not the edges, I then used the die cuts and add fome pads to raise then a tag i add raffia i got from a florist for free.

All i did then was added some bling and i was done.
